Can I return the DVD set I ordered?
Due to the digital nature of DVDs and the high risk of copying/pirating, we do not accept returns on DVDs, CDs or any other digital products. We will, however, replace any faulty discs, should that unlikely event occur.

Why did I not get the full refund of the product I returned?
When a return is refunded, we refund the price of the product only. Your shipping fees are never refunded, as the U.S. Post Office also never refunds shipping.

I ordered 2 sets of DVDs and got a $5.00 refund. Why?
When ordering 2 or more sets of DVDs, the shipping fees accumulate and sometimes exceed past the actual cost of shipping and packing materials. At this point, we give a partial refund to offset the multiple shipping fees.

I love the item I ordered! Can I leave positive feedback?
Absolutely. There should be a section on the page sometime after you place your order for you to leave feedback. You can leave feedback up to 30 days after placing your order.

If I order multiple items, will I get a discount?
You will actually be charged for the full amount when paying. However, if the shipping fees far exceed the actual shipping cost, you will be refunded a portion of the fees. Our products are already discounted and do not get a greater discount for a multiple order. Only shipping will ever be adjusted and partially refunded.
